a new beginning

Hello mellos ~

Just bringing you some updates of my life.

Well i hope you all transited from 2013 to 2014 well! I know i did :) 2013 was really really awesome. I've made it a point to write down every good thing that happens. So that i'll never forget.

And it gives me something to read when i'm old :b

Haha excited for CNY clothes alr. This is still 2013 okay. 

Was trying out clothes at Topshop cos they had end season sales. Even so its STILL not affordable. >_<"

Had our last cell at GBTB, potluck, loads of fun, and appreciating each other. :)

Good food, good company with this bunch called the Jamming Gang. LOL. Apparently cos we meet to jam a lot. Well we used to. :)

Posted this on instag last year(see what i did there). Hung out at plaza sing with the zone 3 peeps.

Last sunday service of the year wearing checkered/stripes as dress code. :) We will stay tgt! <3

And guys you cant believe what i did on new year's eve man.

People had parties, gatherings in cribs.

Man we cycled from coasta sands resort to ECP Lagoon, then to a friend's place to wash up, and to church for watch night service (counting down to 2014) IN THE RAIN. IN THE RAIN GUYS.

Haha this pic is not after we wash up okay it was right after cycling in the rain. People must have wondered if we were doing some illegal gathering. Like a whole bunch of people cycling through. 

We really didnt expect it to rain but we've alr planned it out so, we just went ahead with it anyway.

Christmas Day

Merry Christmas guys!!!

I wonder how your day has been? My christmas has been the greatest one so far. Maybe cos i sort of celebrated it? 

The very first thing today was CJ, a classmate of mine.

He appeared right at my door and passed me a christmas gift! I was sooooooo pleasantly surprised. I was totally clueless.

But that really made my day :) I'm very grateful.. Thank you so much <3

Then my sister happen to have no plans as well but wanted to see the lights and decor at town, so i accompanied her :)

We really had a good time unexpectedly.

Jet Black

As most of you may know, i used to have brown hair.

And it has an unintentional 'ombre' effect on it because of the damage that is happening to my hair for quite a while now. Though its technically not a good thing, but people complimented it and asked me to keep it. So i did for a few years.

Then this year before O levels i went for a hair cut.

Not sure if i mentioned where i actually gotten my hair cut, but it was at Shunji Matsuo @ Century Square. And i was lucky enough to have found this pretty lady called Lynn which did my hair for me. She recommended me a baby pink color that i LOVED. And there was a promotion. So i told her i would come after my exams. She did a fantastic job with my hair cut btw.

However after Os, altho i really really wanted to try out the baby pink, i decided not to because eventually it will fade to become brown AGAIN. So i thought, i should have a long term color that is different. ANYTHING BUT BROWN.

I was recently inspired by Katy Perry, CL for their hair color. Its jet black that's why its unnatural, but its edgy. I really like it, so i tried it out :) And i'm planning to keep it this way for as long as possible. :)

Funny story:

Think cos most people's hair are generally black, so when i dyed it this color(which is actually blue black. even darker than the normal shade), some people told me "your hair looks blacker than usual" or "i didnt even noticed that you dyed your hair, i just noticed that you become fairer."

Like immediately after i alighted at the bus stop and bump into familiar faces (girls) they all kept saying "she so fair hor??"

*laughs*

And you know what guys, i learnt that your hair color really makes you change your style.

Because of my hair color now i'm trying out a lot of contrasting stuff. Like neon nails, neon beanie, bright coloured clothes, dark lip, (i'm alr fair so that's a given).

AND I'M LOVIN IT. <3

And i've always been into the edgy style as much as i have my feminine side sometimes. So this hair color makes me want to change up my hairstyle and get more edgy accessories. :)

Since so many shops are having their end season sales right now. Any good place to hunt for accessories? Let me know! :)

Holiday Plans

Hello people :)

How are your holidays so far?

I know i'm definitely going to work during the holidays, but before that let me share a few things i have in mind to achieve/accomplish during the holidays!

Somethings on my list:

1) Watch Hunger Games

2) Meet certain people

3) Celebrate Christmas!(cant wait for that btw)

4) Read 2 books

5) Cafe hunting (Strangers Reunion, Penny University etc)

6) Crash at a friend's volleyball training

7) Improve in music

8) Get my hair done with my sister

9) Properly thank some people in my life

10) Cultivate a healthier lifestyle (Y)

These are just a few things in my list :)

If any one of them are on your too PLEASE don't hesitate to join me okay! I'll be sooooo glad to share these experiences with someone :)

What i have been up to the past few weeks:

Camwhoring on the night we went out with mom and friends for a super delicious dinner at one of their luxurious houses.

Out with my sister to Bugis.

Finally got to wear my cat ears hair band.

Sadly my sister doesnt want me to post any photos of her. So i cant :(
