freakishly unhealthy

See that title right there? 
Yes that sums up exactly how i'm feeling now. Argh.
I've been eating a lot these days, and the worst thing, is that i've not been working out at all lately :X Aww man i feel soooooo bad! 

What's more, i'm not eating a healthy diet. Far from that in fact..
Gotta work to loose what wasn't there before and gain back what used to be there.



Had sushi for........ I think its considered supper cos i alr ate before that at 4 plus. Though i didnt have much but the fact that i'm still eating after dinner..... Even i'm shocked.

Maybe cos there're things on my mind lately.
I eat a lot or more when i'm thinking about things or when i have something going on in my heart.. I really feel terrible after realizing how much i've consumed.

They waited for me for and hour and a half while i was settling some stuff at a meeting! Again, i apologise guys! And, thank you for waiting :)
We were at Itacho Sushi Bugis Junction btw. Good stuff (Y)


Eating AGAIN, DESSERT some more! Is Durian Shave Ice from one of the well known dessert stores along the street right opposite the back of Bugis Junction. I HAD DURIAN for DESSERT after SUPPER. Okay i'm freaking out.



I even had this!
Red Velvet cupcake that my friend gave me to encourage me for the exams. 
Oh my gosh what an unhealthy day.

Okay for people who dont know, i'm a very precise, person. 
Not to the extend of OCD but close.
I take care of my diet, my stuff, my room. If something is out of place or order i'd know.
And my health and fitness is one thing i hold important in my life. So i'm very conscious of what i consume, and what time and stuff. 

Normally i'd have lunch around 11+ 12pm, dinner at 5 or 6+pm.
Its good to have your meals earlier especially dinner.
Its the meal that you should eat the least, and the earlier the better. Better not be 4 hours before bedtime.Its the most fattening meal as your body takes longer to digest the food by the end of the day.And more fats will be stored in your body!

Anyway there was a booth at Bugis Junction for Iron Man.
BTW you guys should really catch Iron Man 3 if you havent man. Dont care whether you watch the first 2 just watch this one. It'll still blow your mind. And you dont have to understand almost anything from the previous shows to understand this one. :)


Well yep i guess i need to suit up.

I'm so motivated to work out again man.
Make sure you keep a healthy lifestyle too! It'll definitely benefit you when you're old :b
