Eco Music Challenge 2013

HEY GUYS.

As you can see from my usually obvious blog titles, you'd probably know what i'm going to share about.

YES its's the eco music challenge finale which took place ytd at the Marina Barrage.

Its a small scale competition, but with 3000 entries.

We got thru to 12 groups and then clinched 2nd place in the competition. "it was a really close fight" - Clement (one of the judges)

Talented bunch of people. Couldn't have done it without them. 

As you can tell from this pic of mine that i'm sweating like mad! The air was super still at Marina Barrage. So i just went to change out after our performance to something comfy.

We ended up getting 2nd. And in my opinion that's incredible alr.
There were 3000 online entries, and we made it thru top 12. And then 1st runner up. That's really some progress.
 Clarence Teo, who was one of the judges told us that it was a really close fight with the first team. But bcos our song sounded so similar to the past few songs that they have been hearing all these years since this eco music challenge started. So they decided to go for something different this year, which was a rap song by 2 rappers and a lady singing. :)

But it was a good fight :) they're not bad.

Have been loving my oversized knitted sweaters lately. Awesome for lazy days and you can wear it to almost anywhere! :)
